im trying to connect to a database in order to dump it, i have all the credentials but for what i have saw, the local config of postgresql in the local computer where the database is hosted, the "listen_addresses" config is settled to specific ip's and this is causing me problems because I can't log into the database with my actual ip, what can i do? Need your help guys

The database is built in postgresql so it will be impossible to connect with MySQL, i tried to test the command ping with the database ip but it results in 100% packets lost
