Hello everyone. I’m trying to send an email to 3 different people in the same organization, and I’m trying to be as discreet as possible incase they want to do some tracing.

Please what is the best way to send an email without worrying that it might be traced back to me? Is using VPN enough? Please I need suggestions.

The key factor is the service you choose. When you send an email, it goes through their server. In my opinion, opt for a fresh email and utilize the Tor browser to change your IP. In the event of a search on the mail server, they'll only find a rotating Tor IP

I agree with @windowxp.
With setting up your fresh email, also consider using temp email for secondary while signups.
Great way to add that little red herring for whoever that looking to track u?

Yo, you gotta use Tails, man. After you send your stuff, it won’t leave any trace on your hard drive.

Make sure the secondary email has a believable name attached to it, that way the other party believes they've found the "real you."

Send to yourself with three bcc's, or send three emails.

You can trace an email from the SMTP RELAY for which the mail was sent. To send anonyomous email means you send from an smtp server that ight not be traceable to you
