i try for like many times to download from darkweb a decent size file 250+mb and it took like forever. Does anyone know how to address these issue, maybe some tools can help me out.

TOR is simply slow.....

you cant do much about this. tor is the reason this is slow, and the server you're downloading from

TOR is intrinsically slow. You'll never get *THAT* much of a high speed connection.
Even maintaining a dial up speed can be hard work

use multiple tor instances to download more than one file. thres really no way to speed up a download
