This article seems to share known informations about Discord. Yeah, they monitor private data like Windows and other big data companies, but there is nothing new.
Be careful that they monitor messages, files and cache data, they can take any private / public keys shared on the local Discord server but this common sense.

Don't be surprise that those online services like Nord VPN aren't 100% secure and may use / share your data lol
