Here is my reply to be able to see the content. I hope that this leak contains updated material, from 2024 at least since I'm looking for updated SANS material.

I answer myself in case anyone is also interested in the answer. Yes, the material offered is up to date, at least the SANS courses I have seen. These are video courses so if you are looking for PDFs or ISO images with the labs, it does not seem to be available. I repeat, at least the SANS courses that I have seen on the platform shared by @anon551  (thanks again), I cannot comment on the rest.

Personally I prefer PDFs but hey, it's still a great resource
