I feel like the simplest solution would be to add requirement that your account needs to be a certain age and/or have made X amount of posts in order to give rep.

Imo its kinda impossible to identify someone as a multi-accounter just because who they rep. Also in my opinion no matter how much rep, awards and shit, people can always scam you so I would just recommend to use escrow. Kinda off-topic but why tf the escrow service is only for clearnet mirror by the way?

edit: I agree that if someone is actually trying to destroy someones reputation, either by himself or even with his friends, they all should get banned for good.

Today a (new) user bluegflag ( zerolord4 ) abused the -Rep command by distributing negative ratings in a Troll manner to all the Top users of the forum being affected: @Tanaka @Rey @DredgenSun @Nam3L3ss

1. 10 EUR isnt hard to pay for anyone.
2. Those who want to -rep, and are creating new un-ranked accounts, can only -rep 2 people at a time, with a -1 score each. Top members of the forum have ~1-2k rep which will not be affected significantly by the -rep.
3. -reps that violate reputation section rules need to be reported by the user and they will be reviewed by the staff.
