Depends really on the algorithm. For GPU friendly ones there is hard to find a better solution than vasti.ai
For CPU, AWS most likely, or Google Cloud.

DigitalOcean has H100s you can rent. 8x H100s runs $27/hour

Vast also has H100s you can rent. 8x H100s on Vast is ~$25/hour

They allow hashcat no problems but its just expensive so unless you got some deep pockets, it might just be easier for you to post your hashes on a place like HashMob and hope someone will crack them for you or put a bounty on them there.

Really just a cost and risk thing. 24 hours at DO would run you ~$650 and there is no guarantee you crack any of the hashes you are after.

please not that a h100 is not better for hash cracking than consumer GPUs (4090), so cheaper is better in this case
