Isn't FIrefox more  "google proof" than any other web browser ?
I can't understand why some "security initiated" peoples can continue to go with chrome...

probably because Chrome give you a better experience (or more about google services ensure they offer a better experience for anyone using Chrome while reducing the quality of the experience for others.)
And because web developer focusing on chrome web browser in their dev

Wow, this is wild! It’s crazy how many people don’t realize that those so called “helpful” extensions can be snooping on us.

Adblockers and stuff can seem innocent, but if they can see everything we do online, that’s a major red flag! Definitely gonna think twice before downloading any new ones.

In the end, it’s all about the trade-off between convenience and privacy control.
Also, I agree with what doxxis said.
Build your own extension if possible.
