Voting just wrapped for president and assembly. Cartel violence and security were the biggest issues the whole campaign.  What’s your take? Think the new president can actually handle the narco stuff or nah? Lowkey big for the region tbh

Haha, good point! Cartels throwing heads off bridges or digging giant mass graves aren't exactly Boy Scouts. But seriously, if the new president (Claudia Sheinbaum, I imagine?) thinks negotiating with the drug cartels like AMLO is going to work, we're headed straight for total chaos. What do you think? Did you see the recent beheadings in Sinaloa?
