Let me briefly explain the arrangements made, friends.
I deleted the data and dupes that I deemed unnecessary.
First of all, the column "id" before the tc from 1 to 101m was deleted.
then the dupes were deleted
After the dupes, records with all null information except Turkish name, surname and DT were deleted. (270k.)


Since it is converted to csv, you can easily perform your queries without import.
