hi.

I need to know how to send bulk SMS to over 100 million phone numbers. Anyone can help?

Get million phones and million SIM cards. Then send exactly 100 SMS from each phone, remember to send them to different numbers

Of course there are much easier ways but I don't know any software that can automate it. I heard about one in the past, but it's dead now

hi can you explain what are the costs and approximately how much? SMS text will contain 1-2 paragraph and 1-2 link maybe.

The best way is to send from a LOW COST sms COUNTRY. Sending sms uses TELECOM gateway, so you pay! It is not like email

Get a GSM/Sim farm or just register for an SMS gateway, however they don’t normally allow certain messages to be sent. What you want to do is easier said than done, if you have zero experience either pay someone for the service or stop whilst you’ve got the time
