These are all of the files required to run a private Black Desert Online server.

They are the 3506 version, and a virtual machine is included in case of wanting to run it on your own machine.

You are going to need at least 128GB of RAM on the host server/VM along with Windows Server 2019.

It can run with 64GB of RAM with a huge pagefile and a very fast SSD, but it will obviously wear out your SSD extremely fast due to how physics work.

There are some errors with the setup, so if anyone needs help setting it up please reply in this thread and we will try to help you.

The way that the game works - it loads everything into RAM.

It's an MMORPG, and there are no loading screens when you are in the game, so there is a MINIMUM of 128GB of RAM required.
Truthfully, the real servers have at least 1-2TB of RAM to hold all of the players and ongoing tasks.

Even with 128GB you'll find it sometimes making a pagefile if it needs more RAM.
