If you're developing shit you want to run client side

Go - fast, make sure you compile w/o debug flags, but you don't have direct access to memory so some low level tasks might get complex, garbage collected so not as fast as rust

Rust - Very Fast, Efficient and Memory safe, if you're up for a challenge

Nim - basically compiled python, small community but an old language w/ multiple different memory management techniques. The Parrot Security team uses Nim


If you're doing any network based attacks (I.E Cred Stuffing / Injection) then the language really doesn't matter because you're not really after performance, in that case just use whatever you write in best

Don't get stuck on the language.

A language is just a tool - a means to an end.

Your question lacks insight and wisdom.

You do not enter a kitchen and ask: which tools is the best in the kitchen?

You must most likely learn to wield them all.

Learn to script, learn to write some python, learn some C, learn some meta languages like yaml, etc.

If you want to get into RAT stuff I would suggest C# or Java as they aren't easy to find by antivirus software because of their runtime environments.
