With cracked.to and nulled.to disappeared, are there any other forums apart from breached and xss (in russian)?

exploit.in (yet to use it myself so i can't give any proper feedback)
and patched.to ig tho it is beyond cancerous. It's just filled with reposts from cracked and nulled.
Dread exists and it is good but, besides DNM discussion, it's pretty empty and you may not find the topics you're looking for.

Really i have yet to see any good ones besides breach, xss and exploit that are also not deserted or fully skidded.
