Update v2.8.3

-Fix utilities crashing when loading logs

-Added a tapping sound in Telegram when finishing work or when pressing STOP. (To configure this option, you need to create a bot in Telegram, receive its Token and also find out the recipient’s account ID in Telegram) -Other minor fixes
