While the War Room describes itself as a networking group that promotes "self-discipline, motivation and confidence", leaders of the War Room have been documented instructing its members to seduce, manipulate and isolate women in an effort to groom them for online sex work.
In many cases, the War Room members take the money the women make.

The BBC identified more than 40 women who were allegedly groomed by War Room members.
