Alliance Healthcare IT (alliance-healthcare.it), an Italian company specializing in technology solutions for the healthcare sector, was the victim of a ransomware attack carried out by the DataCarry group. The attack was made public on May 29, 2025, and the DataCarry group claimed to have compromised sensitive company data, with potential risks to the confidentiality of clinical and operational information.
Alliance Healthcare is a European leader in the distribution and logistics of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products. The group offers tailor-made solutions for pharmacies, drug manufacturers, and healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on innovation and improving access to care for patients.
Main activities and IT solutions (2026):
• Pharmaceutical distribution: Alliance Healthcare delivers medicines and healthcare products to more than 110,000 pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare centers across Europe.
• Logistics and pre-wholesaling: Storage, inventory management, and optimized delivery services for laboratories and pharmacies.
• Clinical trial support: Logistics and technology solutions to facilitate clinical trial management.
• Digital and IT solutions: Development of platforms to optimize purchasing, pharmacy management (particularly via Alphega Pharmacie), and data integration for improved traceability and efficiency.
• Services for manufacturers: Logistics support, returns management, and regulatory compliance solutions.
Alliance Healthcare is part of the Cencora group (formerly AmerisourceBergen) and focuses on technological innovation to meet the challenges of the healthcare sector, particularly through automation, data analysis, and the integration of digital solutions for more connected and patient-centered healthcare.
The leak includes identity documents, resumes, CSV, PDF, and XLSX files. The leak, cleaned of duplicates (identical hashes), includes a total of 237 files (498 MB). I duplicated the files containing passwords in a separate “PW” folder for quick access.
