File Size Compressed: 3.8GiB
File Size Uncompressed: 15.1GiB
SSN/DOB have been collated so no work is necessary to utilize this dataset. Dataset is split into 2 files: 1 file with both SSN/DOB present and 1 file with SSN or DOB or neither present.
Field 8 is SSN, Field 9 is DOB

Total Lines: 73.481.539

Both SSN/DOB Present (ATT_74M.txt): 29.083.259
One or no SSN/DOB Present (ATT_74M_PARTIAL.txt): 44.398.280
