Hello, I'm looking for a way to crack a password-protected 7z archive.

Can you recommend any ways/means?

nah, I just stumbled upon an archive. Probably gonna brute-force it when I got nothing else to do but I just thought to ask just to know if there's something easier.

You can use a tool like 7z2john to extract the hash, then use John the Ripper or Hashcat to crack it. If you fail to find the password, there are sites like hashes.com or hashmob.net that will let professionals crack it for a crypto bounty. Note that they never actually get the 7z archive, just the password hash, so you're fine if they are sensitive documents.
