This seems to be (by size), the one I built from other files years ago, if it is, Illinois, Indiana & Pennsylvania were added to it, they were missing from the original files I had, so, I added them from other sources. Should have a data dictionary & a consumer layout file too. It shows 6.46 GB in my files.
I've updated it to 2019, which is 8.91 GB, split into 4 parts. The States that are in each file: ( 217,000,000 lines (about that many), seeing as there are: [217 files, with about 1,000,000 lines in each of them ], EXCEPT for the last file in each set, it is a bit smaller. )
Anyway, there is a guy who has a bigger file of Experian, but it is for Brazil. There is another floating around for the UK. I have neither of them, but would like the UK if found.
The header for 2019 is as follows: (not quite as big as some other well known Consumer Data files I have, but is still very useful.)

There is also a file that shows no year that is FULL experian.tar.gz (36.3 GB) , opening it, shows a 2019 date.
Note I made on this is: 36.3 GB (39,044,560,741 bytes) FULL experian.tar.gz (the FULL one I think, expands to the 100 GB files ???) This has a zipped file called: FULL experian.tar in it. ( I still have it zipped, not opened into a file, that would take up space on here. lol ! )

Just wanted to make you aware of what is floating around out here, so you can look for them. For those who have an interest in it.

I don't post them anymore, because the link will go dead these days & then I'll have 50,000 people telling me to reload it again, rather than stick it into the sites permanent files. Omni did that for me on Raid, so I did not have to reload them. I miss him. Good guy. What good did it do the government to go after him, Breached was up & running not long after that, till PomPom got busted in New York with kiddie porn on his computer, how stupid was that ? So, they shut it down, but it is like a bad penny, it always comes back. lol ! They should have left Omni alone, I liked him.

I'm your veteran who originally put the whole fucking Experian files together, most were missing a few files & I dug them up & built a full file set & a California Experian file, that is 24.5 GB. 
    I have them from 2014 to 2024. lol ! Different ones that is, total file is "2024 - 2015 Experian Database" , (531 GB) , but some is open in files & others are the original zipped files they came from, which I save EVERY file. 
   Now, you know what to be looking for. I no longer post this stuff. Get tired of having files go down & people wanting me to load them again, which is why I don't ask for credits, that way, nobody can cry boo Hoo. lol !

  Edit, I forgot, there is one I don't have & its HUGE, from Brazil. I ran into the dude who had it, but I'm not into foreign shit that I can't read, unless its a Voter Registration list.
