basically windows 10 without all the bloatware and pre installed unnecessary stuff, with pre configured settings from basic settings to deep settings (regedit etc) to maximize performance on any pc, and increase responsviness regardless of how good or bad your machine is, ghost spectre's good but kinda buggy imo, this in my eyes is one of the most stable windows isos for gaming, production etc
