Anyone use eXch? is it a scam?

Today i found eXch which says it is a non kyc crypto exchange. It seems to good to be true which makes me think it is a scam. But every thing I see on it makes it look real. for one i found it on the tor times onion site. it is also listed on tor dot taxi and kycnot dot me. so is it real? Id really like to not get robbed or arrested. Have you used their services? Thx mates!

the one on kycnot is legit the one on darkfail is said to be a scam

eXch should not be a scam. Although I have not used it, I have seen other people using it.
