Planned tasks addressed while onsite:
1. Get Forest and Fernando trained and certified on forklift.
The training has been completed and both are now certified. Will need renewal in June of 2026.
Provided Forest with the new Solve Forklift daily checklist and daily sign-off sheet.

2. Review potential storage space for MasterDrive product to be stored onsite.

We could potentially open up 24-30 pallet locations as of now, with some consolidation and scrapping of old product/equipment.
Spoke with Ryan Linke about shipping all PTI mounted ball product back to Charlotte and all medium duty product to CA. – Awaiting reply on next steps once MD product is received in Dallas and determination is made of how much space is truly needed.
If done, this would open 118 quick pick locations up, which measure 23” wide x 24” deep x 14” tall. We could purchase 4 more shelves from Uline and get to 150+ locations easily.
We could also add shelving to other areas of the building (down hallways and front entryway, which is unused space currently.

3. Review Safety Audit Checklist with Forest and determine what is needed
