Please help me to secure my fucking server.

I recently released MVP and my server almost immediately got infected by mining malware.....
This fucking shit has been eating all my resource, 99% cpu

My business partner closed all ports but the infection still exists on VPS, we are considering to move to another machine but I'm not sure it will help us to avoid infection in the future
