You don’t need to maintain the same ratio of threads to posts, but make sure you contribute valuable content that can be considered meaningful to the forum. If most of your threads are about topics like good anime movies, requests for databases, or help with HTB boxes, you might still be banned.
However, if you’ve contributed one or more high-quality threads, such as private stealer logs, databases you’ve personally dumped, or well-crafted tutorials that required effort, you’re less likely to face a ban. Automated system may still ban you if you post too much content in a short period, even if it’s valuable. Additionally, if you only have two threads but 50 posts consisting of low-effort replies like 'thank you,' you might still be banned unless those two threads are exceptionally valuable. ~~ Zixshore ~~ This forum account is currently banned. To a degree yes, just have meaningful content to post. It's not militant like torrent seeding for private trackers.

Not really. It really depends on your contribution. Even if you have 50 threads, but they're all low-quality, you can still be banned for posting "YOU ROCK!" as it is a low-quality post.
However, if you contribute some high quality threads, the mods might let you get away for posting that kind of post once in a while. If you want to accumulate credits by posting comments, do it right. Make sure at least what you're typing is related to the thread. Not related : "well done thanks" / "let me try first" / "that's awesome dude" related : "(said company) got hacked again, huh? that's shocking.....not" This does not mean that you can not be banned, though. But if you're gaining credits from helping to answer threads in something like general tutorials, OSINT, etc, pretty sure those mods will be much much more tolerable to you. As long as you don't do something stupid, like multi-accounting, the chance of you getting banned is proportional to the value you bring to this forum. |
