with notepad++ i use a plugin to cut the big file on more little file but it is long to check every files ( for ~130go  they are +36000)

sublime text take longtime to charge the file

so huge file, maybe try it in matlab

maybe using as a cursor, i.e. using the head, tail commands, Although I think that if you want to consult or work on the info you should set it up in a DB
