I need the State & Federal Prisoners files if you can get them or know who has them.

One of my programming friends said this & we have 1,000's of files already, but don't let just any smuck get them.
(his words about this & he has 1,000's of hacks already on there, just does not allow idiots to have access)
If you know decent people who download Ransom Group releases I am willing to build a Group JUST for that
I have hundreds if not thousands of them already
So I am willing ot build a Group that helps Mirror Ransom Group sites and haev Central Location on Gdrive to share them
but NOT willing to give access to Idiots, or people who NOT want to help download from different Ransom Group sites
TOR is PITA since it so slow, so the more people downloading the better
