Getting a high-security key cut

By chance, I found a Medeco-brand key that lets me freely unlock the washroom at a building where I loiter a few times a week. This is particularly handy since I hate having to ask permission to do so when I'm not twice as sketchy as I may look. While it tickles me that they may change these locks at some expense once they find they're missing one copy, I'd prefer to make a duplicate and return the original ASAP so I can use this service in perpetuity.

These keys apparently aren't easy to cut duplicates of, since they have lot-numbered blanks that need to be custom-ordered. Plus, obviously, it's got DO NOT DUPLICATE stamped on one side.

What are my chances of a locksmith licensed by this company being bent just enough to make me a copy, provided they have the appropriate blank? Is there any way they'd agree, ask to see the key, and refuse to give it back? I really do have no interest beyond being able to use the toilet in this particular building.
