Overall pretty good, by far the most realistic representation of hacking that I've seen in TV. The only thing that is off is the timing; sometimes they do stuff in minutes that in reality would take months to prepare.

I enjoyed a lot but didn't like the ending.
Also, most of the hacks are ... how can I say it ... difficult to achieve realisticly speaking.
For example, the femtocell hack ... honestly, as a telcom, that femtocell output power is not even close to what is needed to make the FBI cellphones camp on it. And let's not address the fact that in the time that is suppose to be develop the series, the cellular network is 4G, which at least needs to femtocells to achieve a "fallback network" attack. And eventhough, it is almost impossible to achieve that with those kind of femtocell at the distance that Darlene was away from the FBI building. 

I can give more examples. But if we allow ourselves to silly believe in those hacks, then yes, the drama series is really good.
