What do you do on that old Laptop, just being curious...

xCloud streaming really. Basically a netbook with a browser where I can stream my Xbox games when im away from my PC

Nope, because I made it absolutely clear, that everything else on the laptop can break, but the browser (Edge, as it's MS, so...obviously) cannot fault at all

well you have a point but you should try Qubes if you can run it

What advantages does Kali have over, for example, ParrotOS?
I personally enjoyed Parrot more, mostly cos of lower requirements.
