If you are in contact or have been in contact with children, or if you have a poor diet and general lifestyle : 

It is probably intestinal worms, the cycle goes from the anus to the mouth and starts again endlessly because scratching and mouth... 
Wash your hands well and cut yourself nails, if it doesn't go see a doctor to prescribe an anti-parasite, look on google the thing. 

It can also be anal pruritus which can be caused by a lot of things, generally go see a doctor
