connect to a device via Bluetooth without authentication

I want to try to connect to my neighbor's speaker, as he plays music late at night on weekends, which keeps me awake at night. The problem is that there are already other devices connected. If I can't connect to his speaker, is there any way to mute it? I was thinking if it would be possible a DoS attack via Bluetooth to block the connection.
