OK, a "readme.txt" is fine. Maybe... you've already posted an ad in the databases forum.

Then the .txt file is smothered with ads. Real .csv, .txt, even combo lists don't have non-conforming lines in them. It's not a free-form file that you can choose how to create.

Finally, it's from 2019 or earlier. A sample of 1,000 lines shows that 100.0% of the emails are in Collection 1 and Collection 5. 97% are from 2016 or earlier.

Because SIB Panel at least back in the day could dump the db more or less by accident.
