Hey guys, hope you are doing well.

So my question is, how do scam pages like "ICloud unlocking service" accept payments in paypal and credit cards without getting their accounts shutdown for scamming people. Very curious on how that works as I still haven't been able to find an answer.

I would guess they're consistently changing their payment information and when they do get paid, they're quickly removing the money and sending over to another payment processor. Would be my guess, I don't know anything about this service.

As the above guy says, probably changing their payment info, having burner accounts etc

I've always wondered this, because whenever I do normal things with my OPSEC I tend to get flagged and it takes forever to do a workaround  Huh

I would need to know more about the business but like multiple people have mentioned above its probably burner accounts and muling the money down the line. Who knows they could be funneling the payments for weeks or to a hundred accounts. Hard to say. Typically people say to never leave all your eggs in one basket for a reason
