Looking for VPS host recommendations that:

1. Accept XMR as payment
   
2. Minimal or no fraud checks on registration IP
   
3. Does not respond to abuse reports, or, does not care about mass scanning
   
4. Preferably cheap
   

I have had good luck with BuyVM, but they do some fraud checks on IP, and they are often out of stock. Although I have a stock checker script which let me cop a few at the right time.

Last I knew they got too many complaints about scanning and have asked people not to scan. VC is a good dude and don't want to push the limits.
