I recently learned this, I know that one way to enter anonymously is with "New incognito window" but there are ways to see as an image or "snapshot" of the page you want to see without their server knowing that you are seeing it, it does not save your ip, since you are not consulting the page in real time, just an image of it, but you can still see it, how to do this? with google cache and google translator.
To enter google cache just put "cache:" at the beginning of the url and you are done.
For google translater you go to the "web sites" part, put the url and it redirects you but you enter from the google translater server, it does not save your ip either.

Keep in mind that they can not interact with the page when you enter in these modes but it is interesting to know this method, be anonymous from the same google without the "incognito window".
