On a thread, the no. of views are increased even if a user Refresh the page.
Also the concerning thing is that there's no limit for it. A user can refresh the page as many times as he wants and can easily increase Views on a particular thread to unlimited.
Personally, I think that if a user visits a thread, then no. of views should not be increased if he visits again or Refreshes the page.
