For me, the facebook leak

It was the largest one that really helped with exposing mobile phones

The ol classic :
1st : Adobe, that was the first really big database leak ever with so much sensitive data (like password)
For 2nd probably twitter
And for the 3th, I am not sure, to be honnest

Adobe, Twitter and TalkTalk lol

TalkTalk because the CEO at the time was appointed head of the Track & Trace during Covid, which was just fucking comical

Clearly the Neopets database leak is the most vital database leak of them all. There are thousands of critical books written about this.
