It feels old fashioned to keep testing on animals. There is no good reason for it, except that it's easier for companies.

And the conditions in labs are appalling... (Deprivation, neglect, distress etc)  It's heartbreaking Cry

Truly horrific suffering. Just watching video footage brings me to tears. We have a moral imperative to stop this.

I couldn't have put it better. These defenseless creatures depend on our compassion, we must be their voice.

This issue really comes down to greed versus ethics. And ethics should always prevail.

I couldn't agree more with you guys. "We gotta make sacrifices for science" is just a cheap way of saying money is more important.
