xChange.me - "non kyc anonymous crypto swap" is fake.
it is based in Lithuania and hosting provider gives data to LE when request.
they also share ur XMR address to many different block chain sites.

Send proof. BTW, most swaps send data to LE request. Terrible
No amount of observations of white swans can allow the inference that all swans are white, but the observation of a single black swan is sufficient to refute that conclusion.
