You need your own personal Chinese vendor, hard to find legits ones but when you do can injest huge amounts at  once

They feel safe. If physically purchased, they can get DNA/fingerprints, license plate, clothing, inspection sticker, IMEI/ICCID/Phone #, clothing, many things.
