is a long time in the future, but I think the most obvious thing is that some cryptocurrencies if, others will be replaced, they have established themselves very well currently, I don't think they will no longer be used by 2050

Quick answer is yes.

Known ones like Bitcoin because its the first one will be around, Monero also because its the most private by now, eth as well maybe because its used to create more but yea
those are the ones i would say will be there.
Im NOT saying that they will rise and grow in value im just saying that they will probably stay relevant and be around.

i can imagine that some new coins also get invented and some other coin might be the new all in one currency and who knows maybe it also turns out to be a giant honeypot using ai and dynamic blockchain to backdoor it or whatever now its just yapping by.

I would imagine there is some form of privacy-based currency that rooted from cyrptocurrency.

Yeah, but it think the more AML getting intrusive, it's giving crypto more purpose (despite the scam and shitcoin), it makes crypto more bearable (idk if it's the correct english word)

I think the most important part for cryptocurrencies to become an alternative is the usability for normal people, because right now it is just to hard to use
