in my opinion, Greta Thunberg is only a puppet created by the big countries to fool us all that somebody are fighting against climate change (like a the opium of the people).
Greta, as public person, she possibly has a lot of privacy (and the email address or phones that you find about her, possible are fake, scam or of some external department). If you need find some data about her, I recommend contract an osint expert to do this project because, not appear very easy to find this data lol
