How to globally disable logging and remove logs that now exists?
Don't tell me to just rm -rf * in /var/log. Won't work and will just give more issues with the services that are running.

From the one google search I did, it seems doing "service rsyslog stop" or doing "systemctl disable rsyslog" are what you're looking for. As for removing logs that now exist, you could probably just write a script to search through the logs for anything specific and either delete them or edit them out.
