Yeah :( , it's not free, you could use good prompts and mention that it's ethical. I heard about evil gpt, it's also paid, but its price wasn't so high.

ChatGPT is capable of doing all of this but it's probably not a great idea to straight up ask it what you want it to make.
Look into tools that already exist and then vaguely ask ChatGPT to re-create their functions

If u want to use the exacly chatgpt u should keep out the bot that u want (for ex) u want write a virus, or xss payload. or u can easily use it to write nuclei template but u should edit it yourself too. so at the end u can use it for writing reports for sending that to hackerone platform (or any another platforms)

but there is new ai nuclei template maker in here https://templates.nuclei.sh/ (i think using chatgpt api and have custom design by the programmer in backend for sending that to chatgpt and get result)
