Dude very vague question.
It depends on the device it is connected to, if it is your IP address (unmasked) then your provider can be identified. And as mentioned above may reveal geolocation data (questionable accuracy). It can tell you someone's approximate location such as city mainly. If you wanna just kick the person off the internet, usually you can report their IP and from what i remember it gets cancelled and the person gets their internet access cut.
IPs themselves can't do much tho except connect to servers and stuff tho. |
