To summarize, they're obtained through publishing leaks, commenting on posts, and making threads. Leaks get you 6 credits for each user who unlocks a download, thread creations and comments give you 1 credit each time you submit, and 8 credits unlock a leaked database.

You can also pay 3,000 USD in cryptocurrency to unlock all of the content all at once. Scrapping through bots and spamming is also forbidden.
