Basically, some characters are designed to look weird or creepy on purpose. Like Buggy from One Piece with his wild clown getup, or Petelgeuse from Re:Zero who's just straight-up nightmare fuel. Makes them memorable, y'know? What's your "favorite" weirdly designed character?
