EU countries suck dicks for anything that comes from the US of A so they will defo throw the person wanted. The UK mostly does it as well but it didn't do it in Assange case so there's still hope.

In case of USDOD who is in Brasil and will be fucked big time if they extradite him. I think Brasil does not throw its citizens under the bus like that but if it did, he is fucked, raped, done and dusted.

When it comes to Asian countries, Thailand and Japan would extradite because they have treaties with the US. The US don't have treaties with China, Indonesia, Iran, Mongolia, Russia, Taiwan, Ukraine, Vietnam, and most African and former Soviet states.

India might extradite because they are one of the largest ass-kissers of the USA, but it would depend if you're one of those untouchable Dalits or one of those Brahmin motherfuckers from the upper caste. Lower caste: fuck off. Upper caste: no fuck off.

Pakistan would screw you over for less than a dollar. They love $$$. Remember, they sold their own people for merely $500 after 9/11, and 99% of them were innocent civilians. But if you can bribe their security agencies like the FIA or a military pig in charge, then there's nothing to worry about.
