since we are many sellers and most of the customers are using Discord, I would suggest to add Discord in addition to existing Telegram/Matrix/XMPP.

Maybe why not Signal also?

Discord is the worst honeypot ever. If I were you, I'd consider better alternatives like Matrix or Session.
